Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped by Go-Mo Creatives. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping times after your order leaves us will vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Once an order has been shipped, Go-Mo Creatives is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Preorders

Items marked as preorder are not yet ready to ship. The anticipated shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page.

If your order contains a preorder item, your full order may be shipped together once the preorder item becomes available.

We’ll do our best to communicate any significant changes to the anticipated shipping timeline.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want your order to arrive safely! If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can help make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Because Go-Mo Creatives is a small organization and our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to help.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help you determine the next steps.
